They add bells and whistles and kill the basic functionality. I really hate PC software planned obsolescence. Now I cannot burn FLAC files with 9 0r 6 and don't see how to add a FLAC plug-in. I installed Nero 6 which I am used to and have saved a lot of Covers done with Nero Cover Designer. I recently got a Ransom Ware attack and had to wipe my hard drives and re install the OS. I am running an old XP Media Server that is my primary Music ripper/burner. I had been waiting for a Nero APE plugin for a long time. Maybe this is old news, but I just discovered it today.
